On this web portal you may securely:

• Communicate with our staff regarding billing and courses.
• Pay your bill (We accept Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover)
  
  FIRST TIME USERS WHO WISH TO PAY A BILL, SEE THE "CLICK " BOLDED IN YELLOW BELOW.
  Patients who wish to pay a bill can request a user name and password to our patient portal . Please put your cursor on the "click"  below, complete the requested information and submit the form to our staff.   We will respond as soon as we can but within one business day at the latest. Your login and a temporary password will be sent to you via e-mail.
